Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy sets out the policy of FRAME00, Inc. (the "Company") regarding the handling of personal information of users of the Company's services, business partners, job applicants, shareholders, officers, employees, and other third parties.

"Personal information" refers to "personal information" as defined under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information — information relating to a living individual that can identify a specific individual by name, date of birth, address, telephone number, contact details, or other descriptions contained therein (personal identification information).
Article 2 — Methods of Collecting Personal Information
The Company may request personal information such as name, address, telephone number, email address, bank account number, or credit card number when a user registers for a service. The Company may also collect personal information including transaction records and payment information from its partners (including information providers, advertisers, and ad delivery destinations).
Article 3 — Purposes of Collecting and Using Personal Information

The Company collects and uses personal information for the following purposes:

  • Providing and operating the Company's services
  • Responding to inquiries from users (including identity verification)
  • Sending emails regarding new features, updates, campaigns, and other services provided by the Company
  • Sending necessary communications such as maintenance notices and important updates
  • Identifying users who violate the Terms of Service or attempt to use services fraudulently

Article 6 — Disclosure of Personal Information
When an individual requests disclosure of their personal information, the Company will disclose it without delay. However, the Company may withhold all or part of the information if disclosure would harm the rights and interests of the individual or a third party, significantly impede the Company's proper business operations, or violate applicable laws. A handling fee of ¥1,000 per request applies.
Article 7 — Correction and Deletion of Personal Information
Users may request correction, addition, or deletion of their personal information held by the Company if it is inaccurate. The Company will make the necessary corrections without delay if it determines the request is warranted, and will notify the user accordingly.
Article 8 — Suspension of Use of Personal Information
If an individual requests suspension or deletion of their personal information on the grounds that it is being used beyond the stated purposes or was obtained by improper means, the Company will promptly investigate and, where warranted, suspend use of such information. The Company will notify the individual of its decision without delay.
Article 9 — Cookies and Access Analytics

The Company's website may use cookies and access analytics tools such as Google Analytics to improve services and understand usage. These tools collect information such as IP addresses but do not identify individuals.

Users may disable cookies through their browser settings, though some services may not function properly as a result.

Article 10 — Changes to This Privacy Policy
The Company may amend this Policy without prior notice to users, except as otherwise provided by law or this Policy. Amended policies take effect upon posting to this website.
